About
I have been an active photographer since my older brother got a camera when I was a kid. A notebook, a camera, and my wife have been my constant companions on travels to Paris, London, Rome, Tehran, Isfahan, Beijing and Shanghai. Over the years I have worked in a warehouse, an office, and then the streets of Vancouver as a Detective with the Organized Crime Agency of B.C.
All the years in Law Enforcement gave me an eye for detail and the ability to convey those details in writing. I changed careers because I want to use these skills in new ways. There are stories that I want to tell, with photographs and words, with empathy and understanding.
